Description

This track shows the piRNA clusters that were defined in Supplemental Table S2 of Brennecke et al., 2007. The coordinates for the piRNA clusters were lifted from the release 5 to the release 6 assembly. Of the 142 piRNA clusters, only 93 of them can be transferred to the release 6 assembly.

This track also shows the two piRNA clusters (piRNA_cluster_42AB and piRNA_cluster_flamenco) that were annotated by FlyBase.
